Horizon Europe Organic Farming Grant 2026

Significant opportunities are offered under the Horizon Europe program supporting organic farming for a competitive, sustainable and resilient agricultural sector.

Grant Scope and Objectives

Proposals should increase knowledge and develop safe, viable and cost-effective innovations to address the agricultural, sustainability (social, biodiversity, climate, economic), value chain development and/or market challenges of organic production.

Funding Details

Total Budget: 14 million Euros

Grant per Project: Up to 7 million Euros

Funding Rate: 100% of total eligible costs

Project Duration: 48 months (4 years)

• Agricultural research institutions
• Universities and higher education institutions
• Agricultural cooperatives and producer unions
• Private sector agricultural companies
• Civil society organizations
• Public institutions

Important Note: A consortium must be formed with partners from at least 3 different EU member countries.
